We enjoyed the space of being a family and having the interconnecting rooms. Staff were helpful about things to do and places to eat!!!
Nothing we really did not like a bonus would have been a spa pool with the room
Friendliness of staff, and willingness to respond to my request for a sunny-in the afternoon- room.
It was on a quiet street. good parking, good facilities, comfortable room.
The1st place to have AC and own washing machine in kitchen area, great shower.
They were still cleaning our room at 2.30pm.
Feel like being in an apartment.
Misty shower head, very poor internet reception, washer/dryer in the unit that did not really dry anything and difficult to operate.
It was good to relax and we enjoyed the pool outside our room
Spa pool dirty.foyer smelt
Access to pool, nice staff, lovely spacious room. security
Very friendly and helpfull staff.
The bath wasn't very clean when i arrived long dark hairs in it and didn't look as if it had had a good scrub. Was hoping the 'spa bath' would have been bigger from the uprgrade price.
bad experience. lady at the reception was most hostile. the room had no view and they did not agree to change. the couple at reception was reluctant to give me an extra key. light was very poor, fluorescent globes makes the place look like a youth hostel, bedroom was cold and window faces a wall. hand basin scrated and stained. spider web found on the wall lamp. it was most uncomfortable and when i asked to check out after one night i was told to pay for two nights. i was even called a 'trouble maker'. extremely bad hotel, dont stay there.
